Rotary Club of Gauhati South successfully organized a Hand Block Printing Workshop on 26th April 2026 under its Skill Development Programme to empower participants with practical skills for self-employment and creativity. The workshop was conducted by resource persons Ms. Chandashi Baruah and Ms. Anisha Ahmed, who guided participants through block printing techniques with demonstrations and hands-on practice. A total of 25 beneficiaries actively participated and showed great enthusiasm. The programme was attended by President Rtn. Priyama Goswami along with Rtn. Priyam Goswami, Rtn. Renu Goswami, Rtn. Manjushree Baruah, Rtn. Bibekananda N. Saikia, Rtn. Anjana Choudhury Saikia, Rtn. Jyoti Das, and Rotaractor Preety. The workshop was highly successful, reflecting the club’s commitment to skill development and community empowerment.
