The second session of How to Face an Interview was held at Pandu College on 19 November 2025 in collaboration with the NSS Wing, Innovation Council, and R&D Council of the college. In the absence of the Principal, Vice Principal Dr. Chandana Sinha Roy welcomed the gathering, and Dr. Shantanu Roy Choudhury, Programme Officer of the NSS Wing, outlined the objectives.Resource persons from RCGS included Rtn. Priyam Goswami, Rtn. Swapanjyoti Choudhury, Dr. Atanu Choudhury, and Rtn. Minoti Barthakur.Rtn. Priyam Goswami spoke on personality and soft-skill development; Rtn. Swapanjyoti Choudhury discussed common interview questions and answers; Dr. Atanu Choudhury explained preparation for both online and in-person interviews; and Rtn. Minoti Barthakur highlighted the importance of maintaining a positive mindset.The programme was very successful and appreciated by all.The President, RCGS, Rtn Priyama Goswami and faculty members of the College, the programme was attended by 88 students.
